BROOKS Temporary Loan Closet
This ILRC and BROOKS Rehabilitation partnership offers individuals the ability to receive Durable Medical Equipment at no-cost. The BROOKS Temporary Loan Closet (TLC) has a selection of durable medical equipment available to be loaned out on a temporary basis.
Some examples of equipment in our BROOKS Temporary Loan Closet include:

Commode Chairs

Canes

Shower Chairs

Electric Lifts

Walkers
-
Crutches
-
Scooters
The equipment in the BROOKS TLC is available for loan to all individuals with a disability (permanent or temporary) within Northeast Florida.
Obtaining equipment is easy and free. All you need are:
- A doctor's prescription
- An appointment
- A way to transport the equipment
Donate: The BROOKS Temporary Loan Closet loans different types of equipment everyday. We rely on our community and your support to stock our program with new or gently used equipment. Your donations are tax deductible.
